WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

After sales we normally charge 5% of the amount you pay to the seller. We sometimes negotiate the percentage when the needs arises 

DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

You need a real estate lawyer but should incase you don’t have one we can help you with one
